 We all want to enjoy the Thanksiving, but of course we don't want to put on those holiday pounds. You can still enjoy Thanksgiving {and Christmas} without over indulging. Go in with a PLAN and a mind set of truly wanting to succeed. Have no regrets come New years Eve and have that SAME resolution you have every single year. MAKE this year different.

I am all about Fast and Easy Dinners. Half the time I have a whiny toddler on my leg, so fancy-long ingredient recipes are NOT for me! This was so delicious with very little effort. It will definitely be a weekly meal until we get sick of it. Ha!

One Pot Zuchini Mushroom Pasta

I am NO cook. BUT if it's an easy recipe, it may seem like i am a good cook. *lol* I dont like hard, fancy recipes. Being a mom, I need something fast & easy, but still focusing on being healthy for the most part.
