How long are the workouts in the 21 Day Fix?
They are 30 minutes workouts, 7 Days per Week.
What kinds of workouts are included with the program?
The workouts vary from day to day. The program is a mixture of cardio, strength training, yoga, legs, arms, pilates. Your entire body will be worked every week!
What kind of equipment is needed?
You will need either bands or a set of weights. The weights will depend on your fitness level. Most commonly people are using between 5-20lbs. You may also want a yoga mat, but this is optional.
Can I do this workout if I have never worked out before or if I am out of shape?
Yes! This workout can be modified for ALL fitness levels. There is a modifier in EVERY workout that does modified movements. There are also participants doing the workout in a more advanced level, so you can follow at your desired fitness level. If you are not even ready for the modifier, any movement is better than NO movement.
How do the containers work?
The containers are color coded by food group ( green = veggies, red = proteins). The first thing you will do when you get your program is figure out how many of each container you will eat in a day. The calculation is provided in the guidebook. Once you know that you will choose your food to fit in the containers and that equals the correct portion size.
How do I know what foods I can have?
The guidebook provides a food list for each container. You may eat ANYTHING off those lists within the container sized portions.
How long do I follow the program?
Each round lasts 21 days. You can do as many rounds as you want.
